Artistic statement
Krzynówek combines in her work the scientific view of the world with delight over its nature; explores the boundary space between the experimental senses and what remains internal and hidden. The medium of photography allows to capture the cracks of reality, places where, what appears is no longer obvious. By transforming the picture of nature, she asks about the limits of naturalness. She asks about taming human in this world of transformed reality, who must look again for himself. In this way, she approaches what is hidden in the depths of nature: in the darkness from which the light of each photograph is taken. In her artwork, the influences of new materialism are evident. For understanding on individual topics, there is no need to get acquainted with the others. Individual projects can be read independently, although there are many transversal relationships between them. Entanglement is what comes first (not interaction). The subject, tool and object are always entangled.Her hidden premise is searching for emergent intelligence, i.e. the so-called distributed intelligence, which is a fundamental structure in nature, but which is not available to single individuals. Like the root system, the artist directs the plant of consciousness along the lines of a collective brain.
